Questions
This section is built from what people actually type into a search box, not from what an industry would like to be asked. Questions that share an answer share a page — one good answer beats fifteen thin ones.
Where the answers live
Most questions are answered inside the section they belong to rather than on a page of their own:
- Who pays, insurance, and compensation → /who-pays/

- What it costs → /costs/
- Hoarding → /hoarding/
- Choosing a company → /hiring/
- Regulations and waste → /regulations/
- Licensing by state → /licensing/
- Definitions → /glossary/

How we decide what gets its own page
A question earns a URL when a reader would recognise it as their question and when it can carry a substantial answer without repeating the section it sits in. Everything else is answered as a section inside a page that already covers the topic.
That is a deliberate choice against the pattern this industry usually follows — thousands of near-identical pages, each thin, each competing with the others. We would rather publish fewer pages that answer something.
